When your own (former) czar has a hard time coming up with anything good to say about your job performance as POTUS, you have a problem.
Former Obama car czar Steve Rattner said on MSNBC Tuesday, "I think in a quiet room I could convince you his record is good, but out in the sound bite world of the campaign, it's very hard to explain that record in a positive, clear, persuasive way".
Which leaves Obama's supporters either stammering, or hammering away at opponents. Couldn't happen to a nicer (worse) guy.
ReplyDeleteIt's going to be a brutal campaign.
DeleteHe should have asked me. I can explain his record in one word ... "CRAP!"
ReplyDeleteOdie, you're being too nice.

ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by.
DeleteObama trying to explain how good his record is to date is like a Sumo wrestler trying to explain why his newly penned diet book isn't flying off the shelves....
ReplyDeleteGood one, Fredd.
DeleteOh, I don't know about there being no hope. When all else fails, hope is all that is left. *big Cheshire cat grin*
ReplyDelete:D No Hope for Obama...that's the best hope!
