To the citizens of Massachusetts:
Please accept our sincere thanks for standing up for liberty and freedom. With the election of Scott Brown, you have sent a message to Congress that We The People demand our voices be heard.
Congratulations to Scott Brown and the people of Massachusetts.
What a great day this has been. An historic day for our Republic.
ReplyDeleteAn old Lionel Richie song come to mind.
ReplyDeleteWhat a big blow to the Democrats. Let the civil war within the Democrat party begin. I just praY THAT THE PROGRESSIVES DON'T GET VIOLENT LIKE THEY ALWAYS DO.
ReplyDeleteWe'll see if that message is heard in the Oval office. I suspect that Obama will plod onward on the road towards socialism, and his perception of this event is akin to a bit of mud in that road, that's all.
ReplyDeleteInstead of 60 dems in the senate, now there are 59: that's still a dangerously high number of democrats in one place, if you ask me. All they have to do now, is throw a pile of money at Olympia Snow, Susan Collins, or some other RINO to get back to 60 votes.
We'll enjoy the feeling for now, but these are liberals we are talking about, they never give up, they never hear 'messages', and they will double down on their shennanigans most likely.
Opie:
ReplyDeleteGreat day...now we must stay the course.

ReplyDeleteI must admit, I am not up on Lionel Richie songs, so please share. I'll probably say afterwards, "Of course, why didn't I think of that!".
Chri:
ReplyDeleteI watched Glenn Beck last night and that is what he is saying, too.
I don't think Obama is going to roll over just because they don't have the 60 majority anymore.
Fredd:
ReplyDeleteExactly correct. We cannot take anything for granted.
TCL,
ReplyDeleteThe Left just got caught with a RIGHT upper cut! They are dazed and confused, but we must take them out with a couple more RIGHT Crosses!

ReplyDeleteI trust that Americans will continue to fight for what is right. We are energized and know that our activism is working.
