National Review Article on Andrew Stern and SEIU: Unholy Union

We have been long time subscribers to the National Review and recommend it to everyone.  The following article "Unholy Union" really gives you an explanation of SEIU and it's big influence on the Obama administration.  How it contributed $60.7 million to the Obama presidential campaign and why Andrew Stern, the SEIU president, is the most frequent visitor to the White House since Obama took office.  It also exlains the relationship of SEIU with ACORN, health care legislation and card check.  You will find out that SEIU is becoming the lobbying arm for the Obama agenda.

Unholy Union
Why is the SEIU boss the White House’s most frequent visitor?

The Friday before Halloween, in response to requests from the public, the White House released records of the visitors it had received between January and July. George Clooney, Oprah Winfrey, and Serena Williams were among the famous names on the list. But the man who appeared most frequently is less well-known. His name is Andrew Stern, and during the first six months of Obama’s tenure, he visited the White House 21 times — about three times per month. Most of these visits included an intimate meeting with the president or other senior officials. Among outsiders, Stern enjoys unrivaled access to the White House. And the more you know about him, the spookier that sounds.

  1. We have a Stern too ! He's called Lord Stern and yesterday he called climate change deniers " muddled" though his recent Report insisted that we all stop flying and become vegans to save the planet.
