It worked once for him TCL, so he feels it will work again and it will with some voters. But I'm reminded of the old saying, "fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me"!
And this is supposed to be the smartest guy in any room he walks into. I am guessing that this how he did things at Harvard, just mindlessly cut and paste some bromides from some stuff written for him in the past by folks such as Alinsky, Ayers, Wright, and Marx, submit it for grading, then see how it flies.
