UPDATE 9/4 - Dick Cheney's Take On It:: Hillary in 2012?

I'M NOT CONVINCED HILLARY WON'T RUN...ARE YOU?

I never believed Hillary Clinton when she said she would not run for President again. Of course, just because she said it, doesn't mean she can't be drafted to run in 2012 by a Democrat Party with a loser in the White House.

With President Obama's falling poll numbers and the general state of disaster caused by his administration over the past few years, it would make perfect sense for Hillary to challenge him in a 2012 primary.  She has many supporters who were devastated when she lost the primary in 2008 and are chomping at the bit to give it a go in 2012.  Not only that, as Secretary of State she's gained loads of foreign policy experience, which could only help her in a run against Obama.

Check out how many links I found (below) on a Hillary Clinton run for President in 2012.  I'm not counting her out yet, although I certainly don't want another Clinton in the White House.

UPDATE 9/4/11:

Even Dick Cheney has something to say about it:

  1. I dislike her as much as I dislike Obama. They believe in the same things. If she were to run and win, there would be no change.

  2. Hi Odie:
That's exactly what I said back in July 2010 in this post. http://tclblogger.blogspot.com/2010/07/hillary-is-obamaobama-is-hillary.html
She is nothing but Obama in a pantsuit.

  3. Oh boy, I have a bad feeling about this.

  4. I don't think she is as far left as Obama. I think she is in-between Slick Willy and Obama. The one upside I see with her is that she is much like her husband, and cares about what people think. The tea party could have stopped her more easily than Obama. Which is why Pelosi and Co. wanted Obama much more than her. While I disagree with her politically, she cares about the country's population thinks and feels.

  5. Well, the way that Hillary looks these days, I find it hard to believe that she's going to run for office.

Have you seen how "she has let herself go"?

  6. I'd rather have obama than the hildebeast.

Either way, she is still way too far left for my taste and I would hate to see her in the WH. She'll never repeal ObamaCare or any of the other policies Obama has put into motion. Her hero was Saul Alinsky...that's all we need to know.

I agree, she does look a bit ragged and I can understand that as her job keeps her on the go constantly. I'm sure if it would come to a run in 2012, she'll head right to the salon for a makeover.

Never heard her called that before, but it's a good one.

I don't know whether she'll run or not. -- But I doubt it.

  11. I'd take Hillary over Obammy. Although, there's not much difference between them. But for some reason I think Obama has more connections to thugs.

If she gets the feeling that it would be likely she'd win I think she would challenge Obama in the primary.

I wouldn't put anything past Hillary. If the economy continues heading south and Obama's numbers continue south, who knows what the Dems will do. We already know they will do anything to win the WH...lie, steal, cheat and let's not forget that ACORN by any other name is still ACORN!!!
