The Party President

I've been hearing about President Obama being MIA when it comes to the budget fiasco, that he is distracted by other matters to deal seriously with the Middle East crisis and that he didn't even think it necessary to mention the Japan catastrophe in  his weekly address.  Today I found this article which gives us a more in-depth view of what the POTUS has been up to lately.

President Obama’s Trivial Pursuits

The Middle East is afire with rebellion, Japan is imploding from an earthquake, and the battle of the budget is on in the United States, but none of this seems to be deterring President Obama from a heavy schedule of childish distractions.
The newly installed tandem of White House Chief of Staff William Daley and Senior Adviser David Plouffe were supposed to impart a new sense of discipline and purpose to the White House. Instead, they are permitting him to showcase himself as a poorly focused leader who has his priorities backward.
This morning, as Japan’s nuclear crisis enters a potentially catastrophic phase, we are told that Obama is videotaping his NCAA tournament picks and that we’ll be able to tune into ESPN Wednesday to find out who he likes.
Saturday, he made his 61st outing to the golf course as president, and got back to the White House with just enough time for a quick shower before heading out to party with Washington’s elite journalists at the annual Gridiron Dinner

  3. When one hates something as much as the Supreme Pantload hates this country, it's easy to be lured away by stupid distractions.

This guy is a willing puppet and a "figure head" to the progressives pulling his stings. Can you say "George Soros"? He is nothing but an empty suit that is knowingly being used to destroy America. He obviously doesn't worry about how he is seen by his "subjects" or by the rest of the world. He's got the media at his back and they will do anything to cover his ass.

  5. The media has to be tying themselves into knots to cover for this loser.

They have no integrity, so it shouldn't be too bad. They played a big role in getting him elected, so they have no choice but to try to cover his butt.

  7. Of course, bammy's golf and b ball picks are more important than Japan's meltdown, etc. etc.
He's partying again tonight, and going down to rio soon. I hope he stays there.

  9. Sad isn't it? Makes you wonder if the esteem that should come with the Office of the Presidency will ever be able to be repaired. The American Idol electorate voted on charisma and not substance. Sad.

Sad beyond belief. Let's hope the next president will restore the honor due the office.

  11. I have been ashamed of this president since the moment he coaxed us into his ideal of socialistic America. Thankfully we are waking up to this travesty and are putting a stop to it. Great blog you have here. Going to add you to my blogroll. Keep up the great important work.

Isn't it sad that we can agree to be ashamed of our president?
