Veterans Day 2010 - Support Our Heroes

For Our Heroes
Present & Past
Thank You and God Bless You
Veterans Day is a good time to dig deep and support our presently deployed troops, our wounded warriors and all veterans and their families.  It's a good time to show them our appreciation and love.  After all, their sacrifice has been for us and our country.

Consider making a donation to one of your favorite military charities in honor of our Heroes on Veterans Day.  These are a few of my favorites:

Disabled American Veterans (DAV) Charitable Service Trust
USO
Special Operations Warrior Foundation

Here's a good place to check the rating of an organization before you donate:  Charity Navigator

  3. Hi TCL! What a beautiful post, and also a wonderful suggestion to donate to one of the many fine charities that help and support our Veterans. I support the DAV, and also the Wounded Warrior Project is very good.
    Enjoy your Holiday.

PS: That video was too sweet, I had not seen it, now I'm subscribing to the channel ;-)

We've been donating money left and right to all of the candidates and their campaigns. That's great and definitely needed. I just thought, the military need our help too. Today was a good day to promote that idea.
Thanks for stopping by and have a great weekend. Glad you liked the video.
