President Obama campaigned for Kendrick Meek on October 11.
Bill Clinton campaigned for Kendrick Meek on October 19.
Now this...

According to the video, Obama knew about this. I'm not surprised because it isn't the first time he's been involved in trying to persuade a fellow Dem to get out of the race. He pulled the same trick with Gov. Paterson of New York.
Today I went to the polls in Florida and early-voted. It was pretty busy and I noticed that a lot of people were smiling and seemed happy to be there. I wasn't too happy when the machine spit my ballot out 3 times before finally swallowing it up. But I'm happy to say that Marco Rubio got my vote and no matter what Bill Clinton and President Obama try to do to sway the vote in Florida, it will be in vain. Rubio will be Florida's next U.S. Senator.

UPDATE 2: Kendrick Meek on the subject:
So, what's the "real" story?
Update 3: Maybe the answer is here.
Hmm, I have yet to hear anything out of Sharpton or Jackson. It should only be a matter of time.
ReplyDeleteJACG:
ReplyDeleteThe news just broke today, but since it's the Dems who threw the black guy under the bus, Sharpton & Jackson will probably look the other way.
I'm glad Meek decided to stay in the race.
The best thing about this stunt by Clinton is that he undoubtedly told Crist twice that the election was in the bag for him with Meek bowing out.
ReplyDeleteTwice Crist had to have severe heartburn when Bubba failed to control the situation.
Maggie:
ReplyDeleteAnything is possible with this bunch and I wouldn't doubt that Clinton told Crist he could win. But I also don't believe Crist because that man would say ANYTHING and do ANYTHING to win. Hopefully, Floridians will realize what a loser Crist really is and what a bunch of corrupt politicians the Democrats are.
