UPDATE: Support Scott Brown (R) Candidate for Senate in Massachusetts

UPDATE 1/8/10:   Paul Kirk Threatens Constitutional Crisis If Scott Brown is Elected
Today Paul Kirk told the State House News service that he would continue to serve in the United States Senate until the health care vote is taken if Scott Brown wins the election.
"Absolutely," Kirk said, when asked if he'd vote for the bill, even if Brown captures the seat. "It would be my responsibility as United States Senator, representing the people and understanding Senator Kennedy's agenda and the rest of it ... I think you're asking me a hypothetical question but I'd be pleased to vote for the bill."

Original Post:
I am of the belief that we must back good candidates whether or not they are in our state/district.  I read a post at RightKlik Blog about the Senate race for Ted Kennedy's seat in Massachusetts.  The Republican candidate's name is Scott Brown and he is running against Democrat Martha Coakley.  Apparently, Ms. Coakley has a corrupt backround that we cannot afford adding to the already corrupt Democrat-controlled Senate.

RightKlik has done an excellent job of collecting data and information about the Massachusetts Senate race and about both candidates.  I have reposted his entire article with all links and video.  I have also made a contribution to Mr. Brown's campaign.  If you are able and feel Mr. Brown is the better candidate, please consider making a contribution, too.    The grassroots is coming out for Brown, but he is in need of funding to continue the fight against Coakley.

ObamaCare will die on January 19...if we put Scott Brown (R) in Ted Kennedy's old Senate seat.
We don't have to sit around and hope that some corrupt blue dog will finally listen to his constituents and change his position on the health care bill.
We don't have to hope that ObamaCare is ripped to shreds by warring factions of the Democrat party.
We don't have to hope that the Democrats will finally come to their senses and shift their focus to urgent priorities (like national security and the faltering economy).
We don't have to hope that somebody in Congress will get bored and actually read the U.S. Constitution for the first time.
No, we don't have to hope for change. We can rise up and attack ObamaCare proactively. We can actively contribute to the effort to give the Republicans the power to filibuster this shameful fiasco, defeating ObamaCare once and for all.
There's a ton of EXCELLENT information about this race that I want to share with you. Please read, share and ― if you can ― contribute.

  3. One very important attribute about Scott Brown is ... he knows how to drive over water.

Well, we have a pResident who thinks he can "walk on water", we might as well have a Senator who can "drive over water".
