Chris, what the heck is wrong with you? When are you going to get over the fact that President Obama is black? It's been a year now, the novelty should have worn off with you by now. Get over it. You should be more concerned about where he is taking our country with his progressive agenda than what color his skin is. Stop the dramatics and start doing your job. And yes, I know you tried to spin your way out of your comments later on in the show, but even Rachel Maddow looked bewildered.
That's the problem with liberals...they are the ones who have the hang up with race. Chris, you should have "forgotten" Obama was black a long time ago...because it doesn't matter, you moron.
Just imagine the firestorm if one of the Fox News contributors had said those comments...unless, of course, he/she was a liberal...

He was trying to channel the spirit of rev. wright in the pulpits, and his diction veered off into "street" many times, dropping the g's, sounding all getto! I hear that every day in Chicago, and he was "going there"

I haven't had the chance to check around the blogosphere yet, but I'm guessing that most liberals are trying to make excuses for Matthews' comment.

It's par for the course.
And, of course, they would also think Obama gave one of the greatest speeches in history -- completely overlooking the fact that he's said the same thing, time and again, trying to remove himself from other politicians and making enemies--this time our Supreme Court!--as he goes along.
There's really nothing liberals can't get away with in the mainstream. Places like this will hold Chris accountable for a racial quote, but the support circle will have their explanations lined up and ready to go.
The late-night lineup at MSNBC is comprised wholly of hacks.
Olbermann contends people driving trucks are racist and that disagreeing with anything Obama does means you're bitter we have a black president.
Maddow whales, night after night, about "teabaggers" and Republicans and marginalizes all whom disagree.
Matthews is constantly looking for people to call racists, whether it's Palin supporters or even Obama supporters! Meanwhile, he sticks his foot in his mouth like it's a fetish of his.

That railroad is a big waste of money. I heard Glenn Beck make a great case against it tonight. Who is going to pile up the car, drive to Ybor City, pay for parking, and pay for train tickets for the family just to go to Orlando and pay admissions to Disney, etc...just to save a little drive time?

I have sat on I-4 in what could only be called a parking lot and daydreamed. But my daydreams were always about the damn Jet Cars we were suppose to be flying by now! I mean didn't anybody else watch "THE JETSONS"
